In my role at Power, I handle a variety of responsibilities, including customer services, product shipments to workshops, product returns, and the preparation of IT equipment. This includes setting up computers, tablets, and mobile phones for customers, as well as preparing and configuring equipment for colleagues across different departments.

Store Employee at Holdbart

My work tasks included receiving and restocking goods, handling promotional campaigns and displaying promotional items, as well as maintaining order in the refrigerated, frozen, and dry goods sections. I was also responsible for ensuring good customer service at the checkout and contributing to the efficient operation of the store.

Store Employee at Kiwi

When I worked at Kiwi, I was a store employee with a permanent position every other weekend, while also working as an on-call assistant. At Kiwi, I mainly worked at the checkout, but I also handled stock and restocking. Additionally, I was responsible for keeping the store clean and tidy. From this job, I gained experience working with cash registers and working under pressure with multiple customers waiting in line.

Care Assisant at Skogbrynet

Dec 2024 - Aug 2025

During my time at Skogbrynet 58, I worked as a Care Assistant, both in a temporary position and as an extra helper. Skogbrynet 58 is a residential care facility where staff work day, evening, and night shifts to support people with severe intellectual disabilities. The role carried significant responsibility, as I helped ensure a good quality of life for the residents. My tasks included cleaning and maintaining the residents’ homes, as well as providing personal care, hygiene support, and changing incontinence equipment. Each resident had different physical and mental needs, and I worked to understand and adapt to each individual. The experience strengthened my ability to support others and collaborate effectively in a team.

Cybersecurity at Kristiania

I am studying a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity at Kristiania, where I learn how to protect digital systems and data from cyber threats. The program covers ethical hacking, information security, system testing, and developing defenses for websites, databases, and applications. I also gain a foundation in programming and IT, while working on practical projects and exercises that build real-world skills in securing digital infrastructure.
